Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate tenant records. Support the leasing process by conducting property tours, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements. Utilize property management software such as Yardi, Rent Cafe, and Site Manager for tracking leases, payments, and maintenance requests. Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction. Collaborate with the property management team to develop strategies for improving occupancy rates and tenant retention. Qualifications Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with Fair Housing and LIHTC regulations is essential. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective data entry and file management. Proficient in using property management software such as Yardi, Rent Cafe, and Site Manager; experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with tenants and team members. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
