The Bloemhof Group is hiring licensed buyer's agents for our new office in Hallandale Beach. This is a full-time, commission-based role for a Florida-licensed real estate agent who wants a steady flow of client appointments, real transaction support, and a defined path from buyer's agent to listing agent and team leadership. You will represent buyers across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, from the first consultation through closing. Our agents do not purchase their own leads and do not build pipelines through cold outreach. Appointments and qualified inquiries are delivered to you. Responsibilities Conduct buyer consultations and respond to inbound client inquiries Show properties throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties Prepare, present and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of your clients Represent clients from initial engagement through closing Maintain accurate and current records in the company CRM Attend scheduled coaching and team accountability sessions Qualifications Active Florida real estate license, or an application filed and in process Fast, reliable response to new client inquiries. This is a performance standard, not a preference Professional presentation and composure with demanding clients Working proficiency with CRM systems and disciplined follow-up Fluency in a second language is a strong advantage.
