What You'll Do As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA), you'll be the first point of contact for our real estate clients. You'll manage inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails, engaging new leads and nurturing relationships until they're ready to meet with one of our agents. Your role is all about connection—listening, building trust, and guiding people through the first steps of their real estate journey.

Responsibilities include:

Learning and mastering proven sales scripts Qualifying leads before scheduling appointments Developing rapport and long-term relationships with clients Consistently following up and keeping your pipeline organized Meeting and exceeding performance goals What We're Looking For A strong desire to succeed and grow Great phone presence and communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-up Team player with a positive, winning attitude Prior experience in sales, call center, or business development preferred Customer service experience a plus Willingness to listen, learn, and be coachable
