Job Summary CD II Properties is looking for a motivated, professional individual to assist with residential and commercial property leasing and marketing. Responsibilities include creating and posting property advertisements on social media, responding to leasing inquiries and following up with prospects, scheduling property tours, assisting with tenant communications and lease negotiations, and maintaining prospect and marketing information. Key Responsibilities Market and lease available residential units to qualified tenants Respond to leasing inquiries and schedule property showings Prepare, review, and negotiate lease agreements Maintain knowledge of local market conditions and competing properties Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and canvassing Represent the company in a professional manner during property tours Coordinate with property management on tenant move-ins and build-outs Maintain accurate records of leasing activity in property software Provide regular leasing reports to management Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) 1-2 years of experience in commercial real estate or leasing Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft, Excel Self-motivated and goal-driven Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and others Preferred Qualifications Experience in residential leasing, office or retail Existing network of business or tenant contacts Knowledge of lease structures and financial terms
