Role:

Are you a high-energy professional with a passion for sales and customer service? Ansonia Property Management LLC is seeking a charismatic Leasing Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our community, turning prospects into residents and ensuring our community remains a place people love to call home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment features to prospective residents.
• Manage the full leasing cycle: from lead follow-up and application processing to lease signing.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of market conditions and competitor pricing along with unit pricing and availability.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current residents and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Assist with resident retention programs and community marketing efforts.
• Proficient in lead generation, follow-up, and conversion strategies Ensure accurate and timely completion of leases, renewals, and resident documentation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in leasing, hospitality, or retail sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, Entrata) is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends as required.
• A positive, professional, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Must have active Residential leasing license or must obtain this license within 60 days of employment Proven sales performance and closing ability
