Role:
Are you a high-energy professional with a passion for sales and customer service? Ansonia Property Management LLC is seeking a charismatic Leasing Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our community, turning prospects into residents and ensuring our community remains a place people love to call home.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct community tours and showcase apartment features to prospective residents.
- Manage the full leasing cycle: from lead follow-up and application processing to lease signing.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of market conditions and competitor pricing along with unit pricing and availability.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current residents and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Assist with resident retention programs and community marketing efforts.
- Proficient in lead generation, follow-up, and conversion strategies Ensure accurate and timely completion of leases, renewals, and resident documentation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in leasing, hospitality, or retail sales preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, Entrata) is a plus.
- Ability to work weekends as required.
- A positive, professional, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Must have active Residential leasing license or must obtain this license within 60 days of employment Proven sales performance and closing ability
