Salary Range:
$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Flexible Schedule Health Insurance Disability Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Parental Leave Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Requirements Active Maine Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License. Three or more years of experience managing client insurance portfolios. Demonstrated history of building and maintaining a client base through networking. Deep understanding of commercial and personal insurance coverage options. Strong organizational habits and comfort with modern agency management software. Passion for mentorship and supporting others as they grow professionally. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our reach throughout the Portland community. Review existing client coverage regularly to ensure their protection evolves as their lives do. Cultivate meaningful relationships with local businesses and families to serve as their primary insurance resource. Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the most appropriate options for complex client needs. Mentor junior team members by sharing your knowledge and refining their sales techniques. Participate in local community events to increase the agency's visibility and deepen our neighborhood ties.
