Job Description

Are you outgoing, organized, and eager to kickstart a career in real estate? We're looking for a motivated Part-Time Admin / Front Desk Coordinator to join our fast-paced office! No prior real estate experience? No problem! If you are a self-starter with a great attitude, we'll train the right person.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM (Part-Time)

What You'll Be Doing:

Greeting clients & creating a warm, welcoming environment Answering phone calls & directing inquiries Data entry & general administrative support Creating eye-catching marketing materials using Canva Pro Supporting our team of agents and assisting the

Broker-in-Charge What We're Looking For:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred! Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality Proactive self-starter who takes initiative Comfortable learning new computer software & design tools If you're ready to grow with a fun, dynamic team, we want to hear from you!

Pay:

$10.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
