Position Description:

This is a part time job for 26 hours a week and weekends are a part of the schedule. You will be responsible for leasing apartments and villas to prospective residents.

Duties:

must have thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications, and community policies
responsible for community outreach marketing
responsible for proper maintenance of all resident and property files
full knowledge of application, screening process, and policies
Efficient and timely processing of required administrative forms and reports
Responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times
