Position Description:
This is a part time job for 26 hours a week and weekends are a part of the schedule. You will be responsible for leasing apartments and villas to prospective residents.Duties:
- must have thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications, and community policies
- responsible for community outreach marketing
- responsible for proper maintenance of all resident and property files
- full knowledge of application, screening process, and policies
- Efficient and timely processing of required administrative forms and reports
- Responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times
