Support lease administration by tracking key dates and terms. Prepare summaries, spreadsheets, and reports for the real estate and legal team. Organize digital files, property information, and communications with external partners. Assist with researching lease information and legal documents. Qualifications What We're Looking For Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Legal, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable with data management. Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Curious about the intersection of real estate and restaurants/retail. Reliable, professional, and eager to learn.
