Position & Perks We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Real Estate and Legal Intern to support our team in managing and expanding our restaurant real estate portfolio and assisting with legal research and compliance. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate and legal side of the hospitality industry. The work will be tedious but critical, and we need someone who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and follow-through. This is a part-time in office position located in our Support Center in Allendale New Jersey. Why Join Us? Gain exposure to the restaurant industry's real estate process and lease administration. Opportunity to turn classroom knowledge into real-world experience. Responsibilities What You'll Do Maintain and update databases of properties, contacts, and landlords. Support lease administration by tracking key dates and terms. Prepare summaries, spreadsheets, and reports for the real estate and legal team. Organize digital files, property information, and communications with external partners. Assist with researching lease information and legal documents. Qualifications What We're Looking For Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Legal, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable with data management. Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Curious about the intersection of real estate and restaurants/retail. Reliable, professional, and eager to learn.
