Responsibilities Work with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants on residential, multi-family, rental, and investment properties. Generate and follow up on leads using our CRM and your own network. Show properties, host open houses, and provide local market insight to clients. Prepare listing presentations and comparative market analyses (CMAs). Negotiate offers and guide clients from contract to closing. Stay current on NJ market trends and MLS listings. Qualifications Active New Jersey real estate salesperson license, or currently completing the licensing course. Strong communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven. Reliable transportation. Bilingual skills are a plus. New and experienced agents welcome. We'll help new agents get started.
