ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet prospective residents, provide property tours, and highlight key features and amenities. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins. Conduct follow-ups for all interested prospects. Assist prospects through the entire leasing process, including applications, screening, approvals, and lease signing. Responsible for lease administration duties. Accurately handle all property leases in lease administration software (Appfolio) Provide excellent customer service.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described here must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may need to travel from floor to floor, climb stairs, and may be required to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions.
