What You'll Do This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role — no two days look exactly the same. You'll be the backbone of the team, keeping things running smoothly while also helping us shine online and in the community . Administrative & Operations Manage and process real estate transaction paperwork and contracts Coordinate schedules, appointments, and team communications Maintain organized digital and physical files Support day-to-day office management tasks Manage calendar and email communications Social Media & Content Creation Conceive, design, and produce platform-led content including videos, reels, and stories tailored to each platform's unique audience (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) Craft creative copy for marketing communications while maintaining a consistent brand voice Monitor and analyze social media performance to optimize content and improve engagement Stay current with the latest marketing trends including short-form storytelling and AI-powered production tools Collaborate with the Team Leader to produce creative and engaging blog content Listing & Property Marketing Take full ownership of the listing marketing process , including coordination of paperwork, photography scheduling, property descriptions, and feedback collection Design and produce marketing materials such as property flyers and postcards , including coordination of mailing campaigns through EDDM Manage and update website content using BullsAI, WordPress, or similar platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment Email & Digital Marketing Plan, create, and execute automated email campaigns to nurture leads and existing clients Oversee marketing operations ensuring seamless execution of product launches, CRM activities, and video creation/editing Create and edit website content pages, manage blog posts, and optimize for SEO to ensure a smooth user experience Events & Community Help plan and coordinate client appreciation events and open houses Assist with local community outreach and networking initiatives Support listing launches and marketing rollouts What We're Looking For•Required Local to Somerville, NJ or Somerset County area (strongly preferred) Understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail Works efficiently, prioritizes deadlines, and consistently meets them A true team player who also operates well independently and under pressure Bonus Points Real estate experience or familiarity with transaction management Knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing platforms, CRM tools, and Google Analytics Proficiency in video editing software and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.) Experience with WordPress, BullsAI, or similar CMS platforms Experience running Google Ads or paid social campaigns Full Time•40 hours/week•Flexible Schedule Some Evenings & Weekends Required for
