Previous sales experience is a plus but not required - we will train! Paid vacation Commission Based with Salary & Bonus Plan Potential to earn six figures Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401k Dealership closes at 6pm during the week and 4pm on Saturdays Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Meeting and greeting customers Performing customer interviews to help them choose the right vehicle for their needs and budget Showcasing the dealership's vehicles and explaining their features and warranties to customers Answering customer questions about cars, financing and purchase process Negotiating car prices and trade-in values for customers' vehicles Working closely with management throughout sales & finance process Keeping in contact, and following up with customers regularly We offer a positive work environment where you can have a great work/life balance. We offer a 5-day work week, with 1 weekday off each week and we are only open 8:30am- 6pm Monday through Thursday, 8:30am-5:30pm Fridays, and 8:30am-3pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays. We offer a generous pay plan, and most of our salespeople with over 2 years of experience are earning six figure salaries.

We're looking for those who love the Ford and Volkswagen products, enjoy helping people, and strive to provide excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and self-motivated. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, and a clean NYS Drivers' License.
