Job Description
Job Description We are seeking a reliable and responsible Private Estate Manager / Family Assistant to help with maintenance, projects and other various needs of a private estate and household. Responsibilities Oversee the general management and upkeep of the estate Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and home improvement projects Coordinate contractors and vendors for renovation and repair projects Help plan and organize private events, meetings, and family celebrations Assist with household and family-related matters as needed Provide daily transportation and driving support for family members as needed Assist with children's daily after school activities as needed Requirements Bilingual - English and Chinese Mandarin required Must live in Long Island and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Valid U.S. driver's license and strong driving skills Good communication, organization, and coordination skills Hands-on and able to handle basic home repairs and maintenance Experience with children or early childhood education is preferred Reliable, responsible, discreet, and well-organized Able to work independently and handle a variety of responsibilities
