Responsibilities Knowledge in all phases of leasing, greeting prospective tenants, showing community features/benefits, answering phone calls and email inquiries from prospective new tenants and current residents. Accepting applications to secure leases from qualified applicants and complete all paperwork and computer entry associated with leasing activities. Assist the Property Manager in collecting rents, delinquents, move-ins and move-outs Assist in resident retention and works with lease renewals each month along with other office staff and Manager. Provide accurate information of the different property amenities Completing service requests from residents and deliver to maintenance/manager for prompt processing. Answer incoming telephone calls Conducts all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair housing and all other laws pertaining to Apartment. Conduct property outreach off property Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with strong customer service, sales and personal interaction skills
• Strong internet, MS Office and data entry skills
• Ability to create reports, submit service requests
• Communicate with Supervisors and interact with existing and potential tenants
• Must be goal-oriented team player with strong organizational, problem solving and follow-through abilities This position will float to our sister properties on Saturdays.
