Job Description
Sales Professionals Titusville Ford currently has an opening for a Sales Professional in our beautiful, new state of the art facility located in Titusville, PA.
Responsibilities:
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Build strong rapport with customers.
- Overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
- Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.
- Serves as a liaison between sales department and other departments.
- Identifies customer concerns, needs, and expectations so that action plans can be determined and implemented.
- Ensure proper follow up of all prospective buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a CRM system.
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of vehicles.
- Conduct business in an ethical, and honest fashion with integrity.
Qualifications:
- We are seeking an Experienced Individual with Automotive Sales experience to join our team.
- Strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
