We value a good attitude, a willingness to learn, teamwork, and integrity. Now hiring an experienced Assistant Manager/Leasing agent for an apartment community in Mesquite/Dallas, Tx. Minimum of 2 years leasing experience. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Bi-lingual (fluent in Spanish and English) is required. Knowledge of apartment management laws and regulations. Ability to work well in a team and self-motivated to work unsupervised prioritize responsibilities and handle multiple tasks. Leasing:

2 years (Required) Responsibilities Assist in property leasing activities, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws. Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current tenants, addressing inquiries in both English and Spanish. Manage property maintenance requests and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely resolution. Maintain accurate records and data entry related to leasing and property management activities. Foster positive relationships with residents and handle conflict management effectively.
