Architecture and Greenbelt Specialist Job Purpose:

The Building and Greenbelt Compliance Reviewer assists with reviewing proposed campsite improvements, building permit requests, repairs, and related member questions to help ensure projects are consistent with PSCC's Rules and Regulations, Greenbelt Policy, and Building Codes. This position requires practical knowledge of construction materials and basic building practices, strong attention to detail, and the ability to explain requirements clearly to members who may not have construction experience.

Maintenance Manager Salary Range $25.00-$27.50 per hour

Type of Position:

Part Time, up to 30 hours per week. Nonexempt

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Inspect sites for architecture compliance with PSCC code. Inspect sites for greenbelt compliance with PSCC code. Approve architecture building and repair permits in compliance with PSCC code(s). Approve gravel permits in compliance with PSCC code(s). Communicate with administration offices about outcomes using verbal and written skills in an appropriate and effective manner. Perform tasks without showing favoritism to any member. Take before and after pictures for site records and document all findings thoroughly. Communicate with members about compliance issues and assist members in addressing code violations promptly and appropriately.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

At least 18 years old with a valid Driver's License. Pass the driving record check prior to job offer. Pass background check prior to job offer. Practical knowledge of construction materials and practices. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Not afraid of heights. Able to work without immediate supervision. Strong familiarity with PSCC codes, bylaws, rules, and regulations. Flexible yearround availability. Physicality to complete the inspections as required. Significant familiarity with computers, including Teams, Word, Excel and File Explorer.
