City Toyota is looking to hire a Rental Agent. As a Rental Agent, you'll play a key role in providing excellent customer service and managing vehicle rentals. Your main responsibilities will include assisting customers with rental inquiries, preparing rental agreements, and maintaining the rental fleet. • The Rental Agent Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $20.00 and $22.00. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) to $400.00. Benefits

• Be reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Assist customers with check in and check out process
• Able to multi-task while staying organized
• Driven to provide friendly, exceptional customer service behind the counter and via multimedia (phone, email, text, etc.)
• Previous rental experience is a plus, but not required
• Use company approved sales and service techniques when determining customer needs
• Offer optional products to meet customer needs
• Prepare all rental and return documents accurately and completely.
• Qualify each customer using our company rental requirement guidelines.
• Provide customers assistance with directions, maps, local area information, appropriate service information, etc.
• Review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges.
• Ensure that the return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate.
• Review all charges at the time of vehicle return.
• Inspect and report damages on vehicles
• Prepare the Rental Agreement Folder with all the required information.
