Job Description

Job Responsibilities Handle daily return orders, including receiving, documenting, tracking, and updating return information in the system. Inspect returned products and accurately record product condition and return reasons. Communicate directly with customers regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, and related inquiries via email and phone. Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution and high satisfaction. Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and internal teams regarding return status and inventory updates. Maintain accurate return records, inventory logs, and performance reports. Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor. Qualificationss Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-up abilities. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and email management. Previous experience in customer service, returns processing, e-commerce, or warehouse operations preferred. Ability to work comfortably in both warehouse and office environments. Responsible, dependable, and strong team player.
