Full Job Description Job Summary:

As an Outside Sales Representative at LGP Equipment Rentals, you will be the face and primary point of contact for our company. Your exceptional sales and consultative skills will be crucial in understanding the needs of potential clients and converting them into loyal customers. Your outgoing and ambitious nature will be put to good use as you build relationships, make customer calls, and effectively sell our top-notch equipment and services. In addition to your main responsibilities, you'll be expected to:

• Maximize revenue from facilities and construction sites within a defined geographical territory.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with new customers and their subsidiary companies, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Identify and qualify new accounts, including dormant or non-customer accounts, as well as competitors' accounts.
• Collaborate with representatives from specialty divisions to promote cross-selling opportunities.
• Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
• Deliver compelling presentations of our products and services to potential clients.
• Keep a close eye on competitors, market conditions, and product developments.
• Fulfill any other duties as needed.

This role offers a base salary and monthly commissions based on your performance.
