What you'll be doing: Greet customers dropping off their rental car Secure vehicle keys from the customer and confirm necessary documentation and checks are performed as needed Expedite the rental return process so customers can continue to their destinations Check for damages with visual inspection and remind customer to check for personal belongings Identify any items found in the vehicle with a unit number, date, time and turn into lost and found
