EDS Service Solutions is currently hiring Instant Return (IR) Agents at Raleigh-Durham International Airport . No automotive experience required — we provide the training! Duties And Responsibilities Interacts with customers to review customer rental contracts, ensure vehicle keys match the rental contract, and show customers their rental vehicles. Upon vehicle return, conduct vehicle inspection for damage, fuel level, and lost and found items, as well as a review of the bill and obtain customer signature Reviews vehicles for damage upon return, filling out the required claims paperwork (accident/incident report) in a timely and accurate manner when necessary Answers customer questions while providing directions when requested Secure all vehicle keys May be required to assist customers with luggage into and out of the vehicle May be required to move vehicles May have to assist as a Gate Keeper for safe Rental Return Ability to pay attention to detail Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills required Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older Have a driver license Clean Driving Record in the past 3 years
