In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers renting equipment and tools, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth rental experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, retail experience, and a proactive attitude to support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Familiarity with common outdoor power equipment Customer service - Greeting customers, helping them load and unload gear Driver's license, ability to drive and back up a truck with a trailer to pick up and drop off material/equipment at customer's homes/jobsites/etc Ability to safely strap down machinery to trailer Minor mechanical aptitude - Need to be able to diagnose small mechanical issues
