F.W. Webb, New England's largest wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVAC and industrial supplies is seeking a full-time Receiver/Credit Associate for its Swanzey, NH location.

Responsibilities:

Check in and inspect customer returns Process Credit orders for customer Returns Work directly with Customers as needed to process returns in a timely fashion Maintain appropriate inventory levels in accuterm Put away Stock Assist with Inventory related projects as needed Assist in general warehouse duties when needed Put credits away with barcode gun Manage the Open Credit Reports Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Experience with computer-based inventory management systems Good written and oral communication skills. Must be able to communicate with Vendors and Customers on the phone and via Email. Ability to work alone and follow directions with little direct supervision Ability to type and general office skills Detail oriented and strong follow-up skills Thorough understanding of warehouse pick, pack and ship processes a plus Experience and knowledge of warehouse and inventory control systems and operational processes Must possess a high level of customer service
