Lease Return Coordinator- Four Stars Finance D&M Auto Leasing - 4.2 Addison, TX Job Details Full-time $50,000 - $65,000 a year 3 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid orientation Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Four Stars Finance is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Lease Return Coordinator to manage the end-of-lease process, ensuring a seamless experience for customers, lenders, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

Handle scheduling for lease inspections and returns. Communicate with D&M sales staff, lenders, and customers regarding the status of maturing leases. Issue notices and invoices related to end-of-lease charges, using sound discretion. Perform monthly lender reporting and ensure accurate documentation. Calculate payoff figures and coordinate with the accounting team for lender payments. Track and report key metrics related to lease returns. Strategically manage the end-of-term lease portfolio to optimize results. Analyze gains and losses to improve financial performance. Collaborate in a team environment and assist management as needed. Must be comfortable handling customer interactions over the phone.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Strong customer service and organizational skills. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Professional appearance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities. This position will be an in office role in our Addison office, M-F, and the hours worked can be 9-6 or 8:30-5:30 Salary range is $50-65K Benefits Medical and dental coverage available after orientation period Paid vacation 401k
