) We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Austin team. The ideal candidate will have experience in equipment rental sales, leasing, construction-related products, light manufacturing, or a similar sales environment. In this role, you will build and maintain customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and support business growth through consultative sales efforts. Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally and efficiently. Generate quotes, process rental and sales opportunities, and support customer account management. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate storage, office, and operational solutions. Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, follow-up activities, and opportunity updates. Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and branch personnel regarding customer orders and scheduling. Follow up on leads, quotes, customer opportunities, and inactive accounts. Support customer relationship development and account retention efforts. Assist with resolving customer questions, concerns, and service requests. Maintain product knowledge, pricing awareness, and operational understanding. Support branch sales initiatives, reporting, and operational communication. Maintain professionalism and represent company customer service standards positively. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Perform additional duties requested by management. Skills Needed for

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of sales, customer service, or account management experience preferred Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel, Word, and Outlook required Experience with CRM systems and sales software preferred Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills required Construction, logistics, transportation, storage, or equipment rental industry experience preferred
