You will assist customers with vehicle rentals, explain available options, and ensure a smooth and professional rental experience. The ideal candidate is personable, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with vehicle reservations, rentals, returns, and rental agreements. Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service. Explain vehicle options, rental policies, rates, fees, and contract terms. Help customers select vehicles and optional services that meet their needs. Process rental transactions accurately using computer systems. Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally. Maintain accurate rental records and customer information. Meet established customer service, operational, and performance goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area. Support daily rental operations at the assigned location.
