Overview We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate who knows and loves western wear. You'll be the face of a store with real roots. With nearly 50 years serving folks who live the western, worklife, farm, ranch, and rodeo lifestyle. This role is for someone who can talk boots and western gear with confidence, keep the sales floor looking sharp, and make every customer feel welcome. Duties Greet customers warmly and help them find the right boots, hats, and western wear for their needs Advise customers on fit, sizing, and product features - especially boots Keep the sales floor stocked, organized, and presentable Process sales transactions accurately Stay current on new arrivals and product knowledge Build lasting relationships with repeat customers and the local ranch/rodeo community Who You Are Genuinely into western wear. You know your way around boots, hats, buckles, and denim, or you're eager to learn fast Farm, work, ranch, or rodeo background (or just familiar with that life) is a big plus Naturally upbeat and outgoing. Greets every customer like they matter, because they do Sales-minded but not pushy. Reads what a customer needs and helps them find it Reliable and punctual. Shows up ready to work, every shift Comfortable on your feet, lifting stock, and helping customers try on boots What Puts You Ahead of Other Applicants Prior retail or customer service experience (recommended, not required) Familiarity with boot fitting (widths, break-in, resoling) Experience with POS systems or Shopify Local roots or ties to the western/ranch/rodeo community Expected hours: 15.0 - 30.0 per week
