Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless technology needs through active listening and engaging conversation Demonstrate product features and perform product demos to highlight benefits and functionalities Assist customers with retail sales transactions, including cash register operations, cash handling, and balancing the cash drawer accurately Upsell accessories, plans, or additional services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain well-stocked shelves, organize merchandise, and support merchandising efforts to create an inviting shopping experience Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting remote customers Educate customers on retail store product knowledge, including smartphones, accessories, and related electronics Support inventory management by stocking products efficiently and conducting stock checks as needed Requirements Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in wireless or electronics sectors; grocery store experience is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems, cashiering, and retail math for accurate transactions Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional phone manner Supervising experience is advantageous for leadership opportunities within the team Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and balancing registers accurately Knowledge of retail store operations including merchandising, stocking, and inventory management Familiarity with retail sales techniques such as upselling and product demos is desirable Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels customer satisfaction!
