About us 123 Farm is nestled within the historic property now known as Highland Springs Ranch & Inn, which dates back to 1884 when it was established first as a stagecoach stop and later developed into a health resort in the late 1920s. The farm is certified organic by California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF) and never uses pesticides, artificial fertilizers, or harmful chemicals. Though its primary crop is lavender, the 20-acre farm also raises certified organic livestock and grows vegetables and herbs. 123 Farm is seeking a friendly and outgoing Sales Associate/Cashier to join our team for the upcoming season. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in finding products or answering their questions Operate the cash register and accurately process sales transactions Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and pricing Stock shelves and ensure the store is well-organized and clean Assist with inventory management and restocking Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues in a professional and timely manner Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe working environment Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school + Previous retail experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Basic math and computer skills Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays At 123 Farm, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service.
