We are a family-owned garden center looking for someone to join us for the holiday season! The ideal candidate is friendly and team-oriented and enjoys helping customers find exactly what they're looking for.

Responsibilities include:

Answering customer questions to help them be successful with houseplants, in person and over the phone Engaging in solution-based selling of plants, pots, fertilizers, gifts, etc. Watering and caring for plants Maintaining and restocking the salesfloor Cashiering and answering phones Assisting in repotting houseplants and container design services Your Qualities Clear communicator Proactive and a self-starter Organized; has an eye for detail and aesthetics Interested in and/or experienced with houseplants Able and willing to work weekends Able and willing to lift up to 40lbs; able and willing to stand, bend, twist, and squat repetitively throughout an 8 hour day; able and willing to work in all different temperatures Schedule Full time, Thursday-Monday, 9am-5:30pm Please attach a brief cover letter explaining why you would be a good fit for this position.
