Key Responsibilities Promote AT&T Fiber residential internet services through face-to-face sales presentations and direct customer engagement. Speak with residential customers in English and Spanish to understand their needs and explain available internet services. Recommend suitable AT&T Fiber solutions, communicate product benefits, and answer customer questions throughout the sales process. Assist customers with enrollment by explaining service options, collecting accurate information, and following established procedures. Provide professional customer service and customer support while building trust and maintaining positive customer relationships. Participate in product training, sales coaching, and team meetings to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement. What are we looking for Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with residential customers.
