Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs. Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability. Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives. Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone. Experience Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions. A willingness to learn about products and services to better assist customers. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
