Responsibilities include:

Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service Recommend wireless plans, devices, accessories, and protection options Educate customers on products, promotions, and wireless solutions Process activations, upgrades, bill payments, and account changes Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals Promote add-on products and services to maximize customer value Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting store environment Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and daily operations Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate Stay informed on new products, promotions, and company policies What We're Looking For We're seeking individuals who are: Customer-focused with a positive attitude Motivated to achieve and exceed sales goals Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and dependable Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficient Preferred Qualifications Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience Wireless industry experience is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Schedule Full-Time and Part-Time positions available Flexible scheduling based on business needs Weekend availability required Grow With Us At Spacetel LLC, we believe our employees are our greatest asset.
