Retail Sales Associate Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service. Motivated to meet and exceed sales goals. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
