What You'll Do as a Customer Team Member Connect with customers to introduce AT&T Fiber services and available solutions. Build positive relationships through friendly, professional, and engaging conversations. Ask questions and listen carefully to understand customer needs and service preferences. Present plans, features, promotions, and benefits in a clear and easy-to-understand manner. Answer customer questions and provide helpful information throughout the service process. Assist with enrollment and other customer service-related processes while maintaining accurate information. What We're Looking For in a Customer Team Member High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus. Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working toward individual and team goals. Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or a related field is a plus but not required.
