Part-Time Sales Associate Emily Joubert Home & Garden is hiring Sales Associates for our flagship store in beautiful Woodside, CA. Emily Joubert is a luxury home and garden retailer known for curated home decor, garden goods, gifts, antiques, books, tabletop, specialty items, and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a warm, polished, detail-oriented team member who enjoys helping clients, building relationships, and creating a beautiful shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers with kindness, professionalism, and product knowledge Guide clients through personalized product selection and suggest items thoughtfully Support monthly sales goals through strong service, clienteling, and follow-up Create and maintain customer profiles and outreach notes in our POS system Contact clients when new merchandise arrives based on their interests and purchase history Operate the cash register accurately, including sales transactions, customer profiles, inventory lookup, and receipt notes Enforce store policies, including returns and special orders, with confidence and courtesy Assist with incoming merchandise, ticketing, stocking, and replenishment Gift wrap purchases according to Emily Joubert presentation standards Help maintain beautiful, clean, organized displays and sales floor presentation Work collaboratively with managers and teammates to support the store

Qualifications:

Prior retail, luxury retail, home decor, interior design, garden, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Warm, gracious, and professional communication style Strong attention to detail and visual presentation Comfort using POS systems and learning store technology Ability to multitask while keeping clients as the priority Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented Comfortable standing, moving throughout the store, and handling merchandise during a shift Weekend availability required
