Our mission is to provide exceptional customer service, create meaningful connections with members, and grow our HOTWORX community through sales, outreach, and engagement. Company Overview HOTWORX is the first ever 24-hour infrared fitness studio that offers its members a variety of virtually instructed exercise programs. Our members achieve their fitness goal through our 3D training concept, which consist of: Heat, Infrared Energy, and Exercise. Our exclusive workouts are led by a HOTWORX certified virtual instructor in one of our infrared saunas, in which you will be guided through each 15-minute HITT, or 30-minute Isometric session. Our studio offers unlimited sessions ranging from Hot Iso, Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, and many more, suitable for all members of all fitness levels. Responsibilities & Expectations Customer Relations Greet and assist members and guests with a positive, professional attitude Provide workout instructions, recommendations, and product education Sell memberships and retail products to meet and exceed sales goals Deliver 5-star customer service and resolve any issues promptly and kindly Marketing Meet monthly marketing goals and engage in community outreach Promote HOTWORX through social media and local partnerships Use HOTWORX marketing tools and resources to drive leads and memberships Cleanliness Maintain, clean, and sanitize the studio to ensure a spotless environment for members Basic Responsibilities Work 16-24 hours per week Maintain a professional appearance and studio presence Complete daily operating and cleaning checklists Uphold HOTWORX standards and contribute to a fun, motivating atmosphere What We're Looking For Previous sales or customer service experience preferred A team player with a strong work ethic and positive energy Excellent communication and people skills Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed Staffing Hours Monday
