AT&T Team Member Role:

Introduce AT&T wireless products, service plans, smartphones, tablets, and related connectivity solutions to prospective customers. Engage with customers face-to-face to understand their wireless needs, preferences, and service requirements. Explain product features, plan options, and available services in a clear and professional manner. Recommend suitable wireless solutions based on customer needs and product availability. Assist customers with enrollment, activations, device selection, and number transfers. Build positive customer relationships through attentive communication and solution-focused service. Follow up with customers to answer questions and support a positive customer experience. Stay informed about AT&T wireless products, service offerings, and current promotions. AT&T Team Member:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in wireless technology, sales, retail, or customer service.
