Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection, offering knowledgeable advice on agricultural supplies, fertilizers, seeds, and equipment Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for retail sales transactions, including cash register operations and cash handling Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain attractive displays to promote products effectively Upsell complementary products and services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Manage retail math accurately for pricing, discounts, and inventory counts; handle cash drawer with precision Provide excellent customer service by answering questions via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication skills Delivery of seed and chemicals to customers. Soil Sampling in fall and spring Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred; familiarity with merchandising and stock management is a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear product explanations Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills in a retail setting are advantageous Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math fundamentals for accurate transactions Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create positive shopping experiences Ability to handle cash register operations confidently, including cash handling and cash drawer balancing Basic math skills for pricing calculations, inventory counts, and sales transactions Experience with retail store product knowledge, especially related to agricultural or hardware supplies, is desirable Class B CDL or ability to get one Lift 50-100 lb Operate a forklift This role offers a lively work environment where your energy makes a difference! Pay:

$22.75 - $27.39 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 - 50.0 per week
