We are a well-established and growing company seeking a Corporate Account Support Associate to join our East Dundee, IL facility. This role works closely with corporate teams and is ideal for candidates with a background in customer support, sales, and data entry . The position requires someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with clients professionally over the phone and via email.

Full-Time Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Responsibilities Process and manage a high volume of corporate partner orders accurately and efficiently. Verify purchase orders and ensure data accuracy and timely entry. Prepare, analyze, and submit weekly and monthly reports using Excel and other tools. Maintain and update inventory records; assist with stock reconciliations and tracking discrepancies. Log and process product returns in a timely and professional manner. Provide excellent customer support, both written and verbal, to corporate partners and internal teams. Manage assigned customer accounts, including proactive follow-up and problem resolution. Utilize sales experience to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities where appropriate. Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills with clients. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Experience in customer support, sales, or account management, preferably in a corporate-facing role. Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel skills required. Experience with data entry and inventory tracking required. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment. Hourly Pay:
