This year-round role is based at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location. Responsibilities Prepare individual tax returns for simple to complex personal and business tax situations. Provide tax advice, calculations, and future tax planning guidance. Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions and optimize refunds. Use government websites, professional tools, and team resources to deliver accurate tax solutions. Engage local prospects, nurture leads, and participate in community marketing. Support customers with Turbo Tax products and address tax-related inquiries in person and through video tools.
