Job Summary:

As a Parts Counter Sales Associate, you will be the face of our store. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our valued customers, both professional mechanics and DIY enthusiasts. Your primary role will be to assist them in finding the right parts and accessories for their vehicles, process sales, and ensure their experience is efficient and friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, both in-person and over the phone. Accurately identify and look up parts for various vehicle makes and models using our parts lookup software and catalogs. Process sales transactions, handle cash and credit card payments, and manage returns and exchanges. Answer customer questions about products and services, offering knowledgeable recommendations and solutions. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales counter and store environment. Assist with receiving and stocking inventory as needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in auto parts or a related automotive field is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and vehicle mechanics is a significant plus. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to learn new software quickly. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Pay:

From $15.00 per hour
