POSITION SUMMARY

Position Summary:

Delivers extraordinary service in greeting, assisting, and directing members and guests; responds with accuracy and assurance to telephone callers; and maintains a welcoming and appealing environment for guests. Performs duties with kindness and concern, and with respect for fellow staff members, members and visitors.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
