Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service throughout their visit Prepare non-alcoholic beverages such as bubble teas, smoothies, and specialty drinks following company recipes Handle retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including counters, equipment, and dining space, adhering to food safety standards Process cash and card payments efficiently while ensuring accurate cash handling and register balancing Assist with food handling and preparation tasks to ensure quality and safety standards are met Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple responsibilities such as serving drinks, taking orders, and restocking supplies Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers Knowledge of non-alcoholic beverage preparation and food handling procedures Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and transaction processing Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Barista experience or café experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided Ability to maintain cleanliness standards through regular cleaning routines and food safety practices Join us at Gong Cha Andover where your energy fuels our success!
