Sales Associate Morning Shift (5 am - 12 pm)

Job Summary:

Come join our enthusiastic, results oriented team in our convenience and fuel stores. The Sales Associate is responsible for performing all cashiering, stocking, cleaning, and customer service duties in a manner that will develop good customer relations, build store sales, and protect store assets. The goal is to provide all of our customers with a service level that exceeds their expectations. The Sales Associate supports the company goals by focusing on personal accountability, customer service and adhering to company policies.

Specific Responsibilities- Customer Satisfaction:

Friendly, outgoing attitude with customers. Projects a respectful, professional manner at all times. Maintains a clean, well-stocked store as directed by management in their assigned duties. Complies with company policies, federal and state laws regarding age-restricted sales of products such as tobacco. Follows Safe Food Handling Procedures in accordance with company, Board of Health and industry standards. Adheres to all company policy and procedures.

Store Operations:

Maintain store cleanliness standards. Replenishes stock at a level to maintain customer satisfaction. Completes duties as assigned by management. Maintains safe conditions and follows procedures in times of inclement weather, damage to the property or unforeseen emergencies. Reports to management any equipment or facility condition that is in need of repair or creates a hazard.

Required Skills:
