Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Budtender, where your passion for cannabis products and exceptional customer service will shine! In this energetic role, you'll serve as a knowledgeable guide for customers exploring our wide selection of cannabis products. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help educate customers, recommend tailored solutions, and create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits. As a key ambassador of our brand, you'll ensure compliance with all regulations while delivering an engaging retail experience that leaves a lasting positive impression. Duties Provide friendly, professional assistance to customers by answering questions about products, effects, and usage. Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on new or featured items to enhance their experience. Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and cash drawer management. Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the store is clean, well-merchandised, and fully stocked with current products. Assist with inventory management by conducting stock counts and replenishing supplies as needed. Maintain excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or scheduling appointments. Support upselling efforts by recommending additional products or accessories to maximize customer satisfaction and sales. Supervise junior staff or volunteers when necessary, providing guidance on customer interactions and store procedures. Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a positive and professional manner. Experience with retail sales systems such as POS software; familiarity with cashiering and retail math is essential. Proven supervising experience in a retail or grocery store environment is preferred. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory counts. Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and stock management. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries and appointment scheduling professionally. Experience conducting product demos to educate customers about effects, usage tips, and safety information. Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 per week
